A house of hand-laid logs above Bad Kleinkirchheim, kept for one family or group of friends at a time. Fourteen guests in six bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. A spa, a gym and a tanning bed, a wine cellar, a private garden with a pond and a barbecue, and nobody else on the other side of the door.

A village of thermal springs and ski slopes in the Nockberge, the rounded mountains of Carinthia. Winter is for skiing, summer for walking the ridges, and the thermal baths are open all year.
On the slopes, above the village
Chalet Caprea stands in Obertschern, about 1,150 metres up the slope above Bad Kleinkirchheim. The Sonnwiesen run passes the house and the chairlift is a short run away, so every ski day starts and ends at the door. The thermal baths of St. Kathrein lie below in the valley.
